Welcome to Lorain Rotary Club! 

LORAIN ROTARY CLUB ANNOUNCES GERALD PRUCHA GRANTS

Grants in the amount of $6,970 were made to the following seven non-profits:

 Lorain Public Library – $500 for the purchase of books and $500 for “Freege” supplies

 Lorain Community Seniors – $2,500 for an ADA compliant external door.

 Lorain Lighthouse Foundation – $840 for a refrigerator and an overhead lift.

 Lutheran Metropolitan Ministry – $1,000 to support the Guardian Services Emergency Ward Fund which provides basic needs (medication, shoes, hygiene products, etc.) for vulnerable seniors under guardianship.

 Life, A Dementia Friendly Foundation – $630 for a laser printer & 4 cartridges.

 Lorain County Office on Aging - $1,000 for their food pantry

 Non-Profits are awarded funds based upon the requirements of the Gerald Prucha Fund.  Lorain Rotary past presidents review and recommend awardees annually.
